Today we’re gonna be taking a look at green lord’s gift 5e. This was actually pretty cool and i kind of like what it’s getting at is very similar to another one that’s in the core game right now but i’ll kind of get into why might allow this in my game regardless. Description
Prerequisite: The Archfey patron
First and foremost there is a prerequisite and as you have to picked the archfey as your patron. Which i mean a decent amount of people do so there is that. It reads as followed. Also find the answer for how good is eldritch blast?.
The Green Lord oversees a verdant realm of everlasting summer. Your soul is linked to his power. Whenever you regain hit points, you treat any dice rolled to determine the hit points you regain as having rolled their maximum value.
So i mean pretty cool! And this is incredibly close to gift of the ever-living ones you can check out what is the gift of the ever living ones eldritch invocation?. Which requires the pact of the chain feature and it makes it so when your familiars are fun, it is within 100 feet you get the maximum rolls as well. In any case let’s go the overview here.
Overview
Essentially you always regain your maximum hit points. So what i like about this is i think it’s kind of silly to have it connected to the pact of the chain if you ask me at least, i would allow in my game i would replace the prerequisite with five levels of warlock 5e so at fifth warlock level you could pick this. I think that’s a fair compromise i really do. I can’t think of a ton of ways that would break the game. Do you know what are the best eldritch invocations?
