Description

There’s a prerequisite and that is your patron has to be the great old one. Which is makes sense, so the description reads as followed.

The purple star Caiphon is the doom of inexperienced mariners. Those who use its deceptive light to guide their travels invariably come to ruin. You gain proficiency in the Deception and Stealth skills, and you have advantage on attack rolls against charmed creatures.

Overview

Essentially gain profficient deception and stealth and advantage on attacks against charmed creatures.

Which is all really cool! really fine in dnd. I would almost definitely allow this one of my games. I don’t find it to be particularly broken in any degree, i might change the prerequisite to none i feel like this makes sense for almost any warlock 5e regardless of their patron. I mean home-brewed as you see fit run it past your DM however you’d like.
