Really cool stuff! how useful is beast speech? honestly i really like it, i’d still cause some action that might be worth noting but outside of that you’re free and clear. Really cool stuff! In terms of how long it lasts…it has a 10 minute duration on it which is really nice and you know honestly this one’s gonna how effective it is, it will be in large part to your DM. So there’s an argument to be made that some beasts have such a low intelligence score that they can’t really hold a conversation the same way like a more intelligence creatures would. So there’s a good chance that the beast would relay whatever information to you in the form of ideas and images rather than vocally if that makes sense. So it’s tricky i would it’s up to your DM naturally and there’s great roleplay opportunity if they are intelligent enough to hold a conversation like that. Once’s again they’re called.
